Interview Process: 2-3 steps

Team Size: 4 engineers based in the U.S.

• On-Call Rotation: Approximately 8–10 hours on weekends every 5–6 weeks. Expect to handle up to 10 urgent calls per day during on-call shifts. additional $20/Hour during that time

Technical Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS, Python, Ansible, Terraform, Jenkins, and the ELK stack.
• Ideal candidates have a hybrid background in software development and SRE.
• Must bring a security-first mindset—someone who thinks like an attacker and proactively identifies and mitigates risks.
• The ideal candidate will be equally comfortable developing new tools from scratch and enhancing or maintaining legacy systems to ensure performance and reliability.

Industry Experience:

• Previous experience at a SaaS company is required.
• Must be comfortable in customer-facing roles, especially within high-availability production environments.
