A leading global systematic trading firm are seeking a development heavy skilled Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join their team and work on improvement / optimisation of the reliability, maintenance, and support of their low-latency trading systems.

As part of a global team, you will be responsible for supporting the entire trading platform, handling both real-time issues and longer-term projects aimed at enhancing stability and reducing latency.

Key responsibilities:

• Minimize downtime of trading systems
• Monitor and maintain critical infrastructure
• Design automated solutions for quick failure detection and recovery
• Optimize latency and throughput for colocated systems
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines
• Collaborate with developers and quants to improve system performance
• Perform ongoing performance monitoring and optimization

Candidates with prior experience in trading firms are preferred, though exceptional candidates from other industries with strong experience may also be considered. Expertise in Python and Linux is a must for this role.
