As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a critical role in architecting, building, and maintaining our infrastructure. You’ll lead initiatives to improve the reliability and scalability of our services, working cross-functionally with development, product, and security teams to ensure our systems are robust and resilient. You'll help establish and advocate for best practices, optimize performance, and proactively troubleshoot complex issues. This role is ideal for an experienced SRE with a passion for automation, operational excellence, and driving system reliability at scale. Key Responsibilities include designing, implementing, and maintaining systems and processes that enhance reliability, availability, and performance; developing and managing monitoring, alerting, and incident response strategies; conducting root cause analysis; optimizing system performance and automating repetitive tasks; collaborating with software engineering, infrastructure, and product teams; advocating for SRE best practices; communicating with stakeholders; staying abreast of industry trends; and driving adoption of new tools and technologies. Qualifications include a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering, DevOps, or related field; strong understanding of reliability engineering principles; proficiency in monitoring and alerting tools; experience with cloud platforms and container orchestration systems; proficiency in scripting and automation tools; excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred qualifications include experience with CI/CD practices, configuration management tools, database management, compliance frameworks, and relevant certifications. The position offers a minimum full-time salary of $198,000-$220,000 plus other compensation elements including equity, tokens, and benefits.
