We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive enterprise-wide initiatives across SRE, observability, DevOps, and automation. This is a high-impact, VP-level role focused on modernising platforms, enhancing reliability, and leading global engineering teams.

What you will do:

Define and execute observability strategies using tools like Grafana, Prometheus, Splunk, and Datadog.
Lead global SRE/DevOps teams to build resilient, scalable, and automated systems.
Drive adoption of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code, and modern incident response frameworks.
Build high-performing, globally distributed engineering teams.
Lead transformation efforts, cloud migration, and modernisation of legacy systems.

What you bring:

15+ years in tech, with 5+ in senior leadership roles across SRE, DevOps, or Observability.
Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and monitoring ecosystems.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven track record driving automation, reliability, and operational excellence.
