I’m working with a 15-person startup reinventing healthcare infrastructure using AI. Think real-time LLM inference, multi-modal search over EHRs, and HIPAA-grade infra at scale.

They’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer to own the reliability, scalability, and observability of everything behind the scenes. You’ll be the go-to for cloud infra, automation, IaC, CI/CD pipelines, and building a bulletproof system that can handle life-or-death uptime demands.

What you'll be doing:

• Designing secure, resilient cloud infrastructure (AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes)
• Scaling real-time and batch infra for ML workloads
• Building incident response systems and driving postmortem culture
• Owning monitoring and alerting pipelines (Datadog)
• Uplevelling developer velocity through automation and CI/CD optimisation
• Collaborating with ML, engineering, and compliance teams to meet HIPAA standards

What they're looking for:

• 3–7 years in SRE, DevOps, or Infra roles
• Previous experience in startups (Series A–D only)
• Obsessed with performance, observability, and clean infra
• You’re excited by real-world impact and technical ownership
