Role And Responsibilities
- Ensure system reliability - getting systems back to steady-state as quickly as possible
- Automate wherever possible - reduce toil
- Configure monitoring and logging of systems in order to obtain better visibility
- Help design processes that automatically evaluate system SLA
- Be proactive, identify and remediate issues before SLAs are violated
- Tool-agnostic and approach-centric
- Driving better cross-team collaboration - work with Product development team, DevOps group and Operations
Compensation
The salary range for this position is $120K to $130K. Specific offers take into account a candidate's education, experience and skills, as well as the candidate's work location and internal equity. This position is also eligible for health insurance, 401k and bonus opportunity.
