Responsibilities
- Implement and manage SRE practices to ensure the reliability, availability and performance of our systems
- Monitor and analyze system performance using Splunk and Grafana (LGTM)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable and reliable systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve system issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact on users
- Develop and maintain documentation for system processes and procedures
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide 24/7 support for critical systems
- Continuously improve system reliability through automation and process enhancements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) concepts and practices
- Strong experience with Splunk for monitoring and log analysis
- Proficiency with Grafana (LGTM) for data visualization and monitoring
- Experience with Azure Cloud
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools (e.g. Docker, Kubernetes)
- Knowledge of programming and scripting languages (e.g. Python, Go, Bash)
- Exposure to leadership roles or responsibilities is an advantage
- Fluent English communication skills at a B2 level or higher
