As a key member of the SRE team, you will be responsible for:

• Demonstrating strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.

• Troubleshooting and performing root cause analysis to identify and address system issues, optimizing performance and reliability.

Additionally, you will:

• Develop and support automation scripts, cloud services, system administration, and networking.
• Utilize monitoring and alerting systems, document processes, and ensure operational efficiency.
• Implement automation to streamline processes and improve reliability.
• Support critical platforms, ensuring the ongoing reliability, availability, and scalability of AWS services supporting websites, identity services, and backend APIs.
