Purpose of the Role
- You will join a team of dedicated full stack engineers willing to implement the DevOps philosophy at RiverBank.
- Our aim is to reduce silos between developers and ops, ultimately bringing BizDevOps to the table.
- The angle of attack for a solution can be multiple: software architecture – development – infrastructure as code – pioneering new technologies through proof of concepts.
- We have at heart to help developers to reach their goals and provide them with the solutions they deserve.
- Converting developers to new ways of working is also important, and allows the DevOps philosophy to grow organically at the company.
Primary Responsibilities
- Manage, maintain and improve Kubernetes clusters.
- Deploy infrastructure as code keeping the cloud native principles in mind.
- Help the Engineering Team (Software, Data and ML) with CI/CD pipelines.
- Help the Engineering Team (Software, Data and ML) to deploy databases, third party applications and in-house applications.
- Set and enforce CI/CD standards to facilitate the diffusion of the DevOps philosophy.
- Support IT-Ops team on Kubernetes related tasks.
- Manage metrics, tracing, monitoring and alerting.
- Automation and infrastructure as code.
- Application and infrastructure security.
Qualifications And Experience
- At least 3 years of experience.
- Solid experience building applications.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with containerized applications.
- At least one significant experience using intensively NodeJS, .NET or Python.
- Result oriented and focus on the value created by your developments.
- Good communication skills and good working knowledge of English.
- Self-starter.
