Responsibilities:

• Provide support to our production systems, including troubleshooting and issue resolution
• Look for candidates with more experience in terms of monitoring tools, SLIs, SLOs, SLAs. We need to understand tools, how they are being used, including setting up parameters, monitoring, engaging appropriate groups, etc.
• Monitor the performance and availability of our applications using tools such as Dynatrace, ELK/Splunk, and Service Now
• Collaborate with development teams to identify and address underlying issues in our applications
• Participate in the design and implementation of new applications and features
• Contribute to the development of best practices for application support and deployment
• Continuously monitor and optimize the performance of our applications
• Develop and maintain Java applications and microservices

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong development background in Angular, Java/JEE, Springboot Microservices, SQL; AWS is a plus
• Experience with Dynatrace, ELK/Splunk and Service Now
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
