Job Description – SITE RELIABILITY ENGINEER

We are looking for SRE. In this role, you will focus on building user-friendly mobile applications using Flutter, while contributing to the overall user experience across multiple platforms.

• Ensure system stability by monitoring the system, handling initial alerts, and performing basic remediation steps as per documentation. Support escalated triage to SRE L2/L3 as needed. 
• Monitor system status through monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, New Relic…). 
• Receive and process alerts according to SOP/runbook: confirm, classify severity, log incidents. 
• Perform basic remedial actions such as restarting service, checking status, reading logs. 
• Escalate to SRE L2/L3 when in-depth investigation is needed or cannot be resolved according to runbook. 
• Record and update incident information to ticket management system (Jira, ServiceNow…). 
• Participate in 24x7 shifts (on-call rotation or scheduled shifts). 

Skill requirements: 

• Basic knowledge of Linux/Unix operating systems. 
• Understand how to use SSH tools, tail log, check processes and services. 
• Ability to read, understand, and execute technical documents (runbooks, SOPs). 
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team. 
• Careful, meticulous and responsible in monitoring the system.
