We’re looking for a Site Reliability Engineer Lead to join our client’s team: a global leader in enterprise cloud security and infrastructure protection. Their platform secures data centers, cloud environments, and critical enterprise applications against advanced cyber threats.

In this role, you’ll be at the center of their Cloud and Platform Engineering organization, leading a team of SREs responsible for designing, operating, and optimizing the infrastructure behind security products used by some of the world’s largest organizations. It’s a hands-on, high-impact leadership position where your work directly shapes the reliability, scalability, and resilience of global cloud services.

🔧 Your Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer Lead, you will:

• 👥 Lead, mentor, and grow a team of experienced SRE professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
• ⚙️ Design, build, and maintain a large-scale, highly available cloud infrastructure for enterprise-grade cybersecurity SaaS solutions.
• 📊 Define and implement cloud strategies, operational processes, and scalable system architectures.
• 📚 Stay ahead of industry trends and best practices, acting as a technical ambassador within the team.
• 📈 Promote system reliability and operability through automation, observability, and continuous improvement.
• 🛠️ Lead the design and implementation of cloud-native architectures across Kubernetes, GCP, and modern DevOps tooling.
• 🔍 Perform technical root cause analyses, enforce quality standards, and encourage operational excellence.
• 🤝 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure initiatives with business and technical goals.
• 🖥️ Hands-on leadership in troubleshooting, code reviews, and system optimization.
• 🎯 Ensure high uptime, availability, and performance SLAs are consistently met.

🎯 What You'll Bring

• 📌 2+ years of experience leading SRE or Infrastructure teams.
• 📌 Expertise in Kubernetes and container orchestration technologies.
• 📌 Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (GCP, AWS, Azure, or Linode).
• 📌 Proficiency in IaC and automation tools like Terraform and Ansible.
• 📌 Strong development skills in Python or GoLang.
• 📌 Solid experience managing and troubleshooting Linux-based systems.
• 📌 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills 🧠.
• 📌 An innovative, proactive mindset, always eager to learn 📖.
• 📌 Familiarity with observability tools like Datadog, New Relic, or Grafana.
• 📌 Strong communication skills, both technical and non-technical ✍️.
