Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the delivery of DevOps and SRE services across client engagements, ensuring operational excellence and reliability within a managed services framework. This role is pivotal in aligning delivery strategies with organizational goals and national priorities, fostering innovation, and ensuring compliance with Saudi regulations while maintaining high client satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

• Define and implement the strategic roadmap for DevOps and SRE services, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
• Manage and mentor DevOps and SRE teams, fostering a culture of reliability, innovation, and operational excellence.
• Collaborate with service delivery and account management teams to integrate services with business and client objectives.
• Oversee the delivery of DevOps and SRE projects, ensuring timelines, SLAs, and quality standards are met.
• Work with account managers to define project scopes, develop client-specific solutions, and establish success metrics.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize deployment processes and deliver continuous improvements.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum Experience:

• 5+ years professional experience in DevOps / SRE.

Job-Specific Skills:

• Proven experience managing client-facing DevOps and SRE services in a managed services environment.
• Extensive experience delivering large-scale projects across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments.
• Proficiency in SRE practices, including automation, monitoring strategies, and SLO/SLI definitions.
• Advanced scripting and automation skills using Python, Ansible, or similar tools.
