Central to this mission is our Advisor Experience Technology Delivery team, which is tasked with developing next-generation technology solutions that will fundamentally redefine the wealth management landscape. We’re looking for a senior technology executive to help lead one of the most critical transformations in our advisor platform: ensuring our systems are stable, scalable, and built to deliver a consistently excellent advisor experience. As the SVP of Advisor Technology Resiliency & Experience Enablement, you will serve as a senior right hand to the CIO, helping stabilize and strengthen our advisor-facing platforms in the near term while building the systems and practices to reduce client friction and increase confidence long term. With that in mind, this role requires extensive experience in wealth management (or a related discipline), ideally including both product strategy and engineering experience. This role combines operational urgency with long-term strategy. You’ll lead a tiger team of expert engineers and oversee a $28M investment portfolio focused on improving the advisor experience—eliminating friction, accelerating stability, and building confidence across the platform. This pivotal position sits at the heart of engineering and product strategy. As we make significant investments in our key technology assets and platforms, this role emerges as one cornerstone of our mission to revolutionize the way financial services are delivered and experienced by our clients. In this role, you will act as the connective tissue across the organization, fostering relationships with internal partners across the entire value stream delivery to our advisors. This involves building strong partnerships, ensuring alignment, and driving collaborative efforts to enhance the advisor experience through seamless technology integration and delivery. Responsibilities include serving as the 'czar' for near-term stabilization of the advisor technology stack, leading and coordinating cross-functional efforts spanning engineering, infrastructure, product, support, and SRE to address root causes of instability and system fragility, acting as a central synthesizer of advisor experience data, driving prioritization of improvements to reduce friction and improve advisor trust, leading a tiger team focused on rapid resolution of platform pain points, administering a $28M investment portfolio dedicated to improving advisor experience, partnering with delivery teams to deploy funds against critical challenges, collaborating with CTO and technology organization to represent advisor needs and address platform risks, owning and evolving a stability scorecard and roadmap, and representing this work with senior leadership. Requirements include minimum 15 years in technology and engineering with at least 5 years in senior leadership, experience communicating with executives, experience in wealth management, managing large-scale initiatives, operating across organizational boundaries, translating technical data into business insights, leading technology transformations especially in cloud environments, and leading stabilization efforts in complex environments. Core competencies include excellent communication, strong leadership, ability to work in fast-paced environments, continuous learning, commitment to innovation, fluency in system resiliency and service reliability engineering, experience with technology architectures and cloud solutions, passion for creating trusted technology experiences, and strategic agility.
