Job Role Profile:

Lead software development teams to design, deliver, and optimize scalable solutions while mentoring engineers and collaborating cross-functionally.

Key Deliverables:

• Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into intuitive, functional designs.
• Implement front-end components and features using modern web technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and frameworks/libraries (e.g., React, Angular, Vue.js).
• Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to continuously improve user interfaces and interactions.
• Own end-to-end project execution, ensuring code quality, Agile alignment, and cross-functional stakeholder engagement.
• Expertise in modern tech stacks (e.g., cloud, full-stack), and proven leadership in Agile environments
• Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability and ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications.

Talent Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience with 2+ years of leading teams.
• Experience in (Java (Spring Boot) or Python Django), Spring Security, and Ability to customize implementations
• Good Experience in React or Angular
• Good Experience in mobile development (Native, Flutter, React, …)
• Strong knowledge of SQL (Including Performance optimization and building optimum DB Architecture)
• Strong knowledge of Application infrastructure (Load Balancers, API Gateways, Linux Servers
• Experience with the integration of data from multiple data sources.
• Agile methodologies,
• DevOps knowledge is required (CI/CD, Kubernetes)
