Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and skilled DevOps Engineer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience to join our growing technology team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, system reliability, and supporting development and operations teams in delivering secure, scalable, and high-performing applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, or GitHub Actions.
• 
  
• Manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
• 
  
• Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and application performance using tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, or Datadog.
• 
  
• Collaborate with development, QA, and security teams to ensure system reliability and secure deployment practices.
• 
  
• Automate repetitive tasks and improve system deployment and monitoring processes.
• 
  
• Support containerization and orchestration with Docker and Kubernetes (or ECS, EKS, etc.).
• 
  
• Maintain and improve cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• 
  
• Ensure security best practices across deployment environments (patching, least privilege, etc.).
• 
  
• Participate in on-call rotations and incident management.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
• 
  
• 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
• 
  
• Strong scripting experience in Bash, Python, or similar.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control (e.g., Git).
• 
  
• Hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes).
• 
  
• Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 
  
• Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., ELK, Prometheus, Grafana).
• 
  
• Familiarity with Linux-based infrastructure and system administration.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Certifications (e.g., AWS Certified DevOps Engineer, Kubernetes Administrator).
• 
  
• Knowledge of security best practices in DevOps and cloud environments.
• 
  
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevSecOps practices.
